Package: libxc-dev
Version: 5.2.3-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

While trying to build software which depends on libxc I ran into configuration
errors.
Looking them up a file "LibxcTargets-Fortran.cmake" wasn't being found. This
file should
be part of the set of CMake package configuration scripts deployed with the
library.

The fortran libraries themselves seem to be there but without the these .cmake
files,
Cmake cannot find them for configuring the project and linking them and the
user needs
to build libxc from source instead of using the system version.

The main LibxcConfig.cmake still references them, which is where the error
happens.
Should be a fairly straightforward fix on the packaging step
