bfd: no ^^^^^^^^^This would have to be yes if the dependency on libbfd-dev had been picked up properly.
I created a patch [1] that hopefully clears the issue. FYI the fix for #975867 was later reverted due to dynamic linking to libbfd which is forbidden.
