Package: cdemu-daemon Version: 3.2.7-1 Severity: wishlist
Hey. Would it be possible to not depend on the module package (vhba-dkms). Sure, the package is then rather useless, but if it would fail gracefully, it would prevent one from having remove/purge cdemu-daemon (and packages which depend on that), in situations like now, where vhba-dkms doesn’t build with the current kernel in sid. Cheers, Chris. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.10.12-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages cdemu-daemon depends on: ii dbus-user-session 1.14.10-4+b1 ii libao4 1.2.2+20180113-1.2 ii libc6 2.40-3 ii libglib2.0-0t64 2.82.1-1 ii libmirage11 3.2.8-1 pn vhba-dkms <none> cdemu-daemon recommends no packages. cdemu-daemon suggests no packages.
