PS: Using incus or kubernetes (runc) rsyslogd replies an error message

Oct 07 06:27:32 sample rsyslogd[2164]: activation of module imklog failed [v8.2302.0 try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/2145 ] The imklog module was loaded, but it couldn't proceed. This is surely better.
