Bug#1059700: opensmtpd dies with "pony express: smtpd: bind: Cannot assign requested address"

Hi

I have noticed this bug today and asked for help in #opensmtpd. We found
that changing the unit file by adding a "After=network-online.target"
fixes the problem.
