In May 2023 upstream already decided to not rely on receiving all required libraries via pkg-config but to always link with "-lm", cf. <https://sourceforge.net/p/tuxpaint/tuxpaint/ci/a58f1f64b5b691462b4bf766f34eaf194670afaa/> or <https://sourceforge.net/p/tuxpaint/tuxpaint/ci/a58f1f64b5b691462b4bf766f34eaf194670afaa/tree/Makefile?diff=f8358530ff76786863d0f801b6c68e49e3e98671>.
