Ouch, yes the new file /usr/share/GNUnet//wizard.glade is missing in the package, to make gnunet-setup work in GTK mode. I'll upload a fix asap. By that time, you can still use 'gnunet-setup menuconfig' or edit the /etc/gnunetd.conf file directly as your needs.
