Please don't merge different bugs. #340564 is "please replace openssl with gnutls" #372183 is "please don't use any ssl of any kind at all" I understand why #340564 is hard. #372183 is an entirely different thing. Can you unmerge the bugs please, and, if there is some reason why a version of aqbanking cannot be built which has no ssl support at all, say why?
