The newly-acquired Build-Depends: intel-mkl is non-free; the buildds won't install it, therefore tomopy can't be autobuilt on i386. Since tomopy is software used for scientific datasets, I don't think it's going to be used on i386 computers, so I believe the lack of an i386 .deb won't be too much of a problem. Please also remove from testing, so as to allow migration without waiting for the autorm.
