Ok, I performed the following additional tests. Built 200 times on five different VMs with 1 CPU. 0/200 failures = 0% Built 200 times on five different VMs with 2 CPUs. 183/200 failures = 91.5%
My autobuilder framework does not let me feed my own .dsc, but I recreated the .dsc and tried 10 times using a for loop. The result was 5/10 failures, or 50%. So, I don't think that making a dummy upload will fix this. I'm going to try --no-parallel next and will let you know how it goes. Thanks.
