Fedora had the same issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2259590 They added a quick&dirty fix to their build files: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/slic3r/pull-request/12#request_diff I'm not convinced this is the right solution (better use the upstream patch instead), but it should at least make the package buildable again.
