Thanks for your report. I reproduced your error by configuring a server with an incorrect address, and doing a query, and it resulted in a popup dialog: Error while retrieving the definition Échec de la recherche pour l'hôte « bar':Erreur inconnue the popup had no title but had the gdict icon, and appeared centered over the gnome-dictionary window. It was also modal to the gnome-dictionary window (I couldn't interact with the gnome-dictionary window until I validated the popup). I think this behavior is consistent with other applications, but perhaps the handling of this situation has been been enhance between the version where you reported the bug (2.12) and mine (2.14). Would you please try to reproduce as I proposed? Do you still consider this behavior to be insufficient? Thanks, -- Loïc Minier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
