Since this paper has nothing to do with this specific OpenSSH release (9.9), I propose to downgrade the severity of this bug. Lots of us want to try the new Refuse settings on testing, and I don't think that Debian (or upstream, for that matter) can or will do something about the paper. Cheers, Beat
