I believe that I've fixed the intermittent issue with the tests failing in 4.4.7+dfsg-3 with [0]. However as I'm not 100% sure yet, I've set the tests as flaky for now. I'll keep this bug open until I'm 100% confident the tests are reliable. My apologies for causing people to waste their time looking into these tests. I hadn't realised how flaky they were.
