hi

I cannot download pictures from my camera

The command below fails saying "out of memory"

vvvvvvvvvvvvvv
$ gphoto2  --camera  "Kodak CX7430" --list-files
Non ci sono file nella cartella "/".
Non ci sono file nella cartella "/store_00010001".
Non ci sono file nella cartella "/store_00010001/DCIM".

The output of the command
$ env LANG=C gphoto2 --debug --camera "Kodak CX7430" --list-files
is available in

----

In the past gphoto2 was working OK for my camera.

I have two possible reasons for this debacle in mind:

1) a bug in the new version of gphoto2;
 (this is not very probable, since I have been using
  'gphoto2' 2.1.6 since Jul 2005; unless a latest recompile
  with gcc 4.1 has triggered some bug)

2) I have probably ~600Mb of pictures in my camera,
and this is the first time I fill it that much; so
this may be triggering
2a) a bug in gphoto2
2b) a bug in the camera firmware
 (though Kodak told me that my 1Gb memroy card was supported; and indeed
  I can download the images using the Kodak software in Windows)
