Package: kupfer Version: 327-1 Severity: grave Tags: upstream fixed-upstream Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, It appears a recent change in Debian has broken the ability of kupfer to run commands (thereby making kupfer non-functional), as covered in https://github.com/kupferlauncher/kupfer/issues/180 (with firefox being an example). I've created this bug to track getting this fix into Debian. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'testing-debug'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental-debug'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.10.9-amd64 (SMP w/12 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_AU.UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_AU:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages kupfer depends on: ii gir1.2-gtk-3.0 3.24.43-4 ii gir1.2-keybinder-3.0 0.3.2-1.1+b2 ii python3 3.12.6-1 ii python3-dbus 1.3.2-5+b3 ii python3-gi-cairo 3.48.2-1+b1 ii python3-xdg 0.28-2 Versions of packages kupfer recommends: pn gir1.2-wnck-3.0 <none> pn yelp <none> Versions of packages kupfer suggests: ii gir1.2-ayatanaappindicator3-0.1 0.5.93+really-1 pn python3-setproctitle <none> -- no debconf information
