Can you elaborate what the purpose of this bug is? If you want psf to be packaged this should be a RFP bug against the wnpp pseudo package. If you think pfm should be retired, and replaced by psf, you should do the RFP thing and explain at least (in this bug) if pfm/psf are compatible and what to be done to replace it. If you think psf should be retired, but not replaced, you should explain that too. (FTR, psf has no reverse dependencies, so it could be easily removed from Debian. popcon is quite low, around 40, so it is probably not in wide use too) -- tobi
