Lower severity from serious to normal: liboprf 0.3.2-3 builds fine on all release architectures (including riscv64), see https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=liboprf . Adjusting this in order to facilitate migration to trixie/testing. Thanks, Bye, Joost
