This bug is just triggered by wayland 1.23 which was not available in Bookworm before I did the backport. That's why no one has been affected before. The proper way to fix that is to cherry-pick changes in extra-cmake-modules: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/extra-cmake-modules/-/merge_requests/447 Once extra-cmake-modules is fixed in Bookworm, we will have to rebuild kwin with the new extra-cmake-modules.
