There is no leftover configuration file from a previous version.


This configuration file changed between 3.1.1 and 3.2.0.

Did you (manually) modify that file?

/etc/libblockdev/3/conf.d/00-default.cfg is a shared configuration file that is both shipped in libblockdev3:i386 and libblockdev3:amd64
