Please provide feature cleanup-markdown.
The patch comment says
The cleanup-markdown feature depends on pulldown-cmark-to-cmark, which is notpackaged in Debian. Drop the feature to make the dependencies of librust-prost-build-dev satisfiable.
That still appears to be the case.
