Sorry for the breakage. Previously xnnpack only had one rdep, pytorch. Currently we are doing an upgrading on pytorch, so I uploaded without requesting a transition. After realizing the upload broke onnxruntime, I opened this bug. I could help upgrading / testing the new version should you need it. Thanks, Shengqi Chen
