Just a mention that I tested this upgrade on a different machine with a completely different architecture and the update also hung apt on power-profiles-daemon out of 400 ish upgraded packages.
Had to also force reboot and dpkg --configure -a Thanks -- *Fabrice Quenneville* Entrepreneur
