Team,

In dealing with unicode-width 0.1.13 breaking some packages [1], I've moved
the "end" rdeps of tui, kmon and tuigreet, to use ratatui instead. It also has
2 library rdeps, ansi-to-tui and color-to-tui, neither has rdeps. Newer version
of color- has moved to use ratatui too, which was uploaded. ansi- has some
complication, but doesn't affect other packages.

tui upstream has archived its repository in August 2023. They suggested
ratatui as an actively maintained fork.

Thus I propose to RM tui. This bug is filed against src:rust-tui to collect your
opinions. If no one objects, it will be reassigned to ftp.debian.org to actually
request for removal.

SGTM.

If this results in ansi-tui being borked for a bit that's a resonable outcome IMO.

best,

werdahias
