$ time lintian postgresql-15_15~beta4-1.pgdg+1.dsc
2.115.2 2m29,255s
2.115.3 1m24,698s
2.115.4~git 1m23,866s
So it became a lot better, but I think 84s is still too slow for
checking a .dsc.

Hi,
There's been some work with regards to performance since 2.115.2. I
don't know what were the specs of the machine you were running lintian
on, but here with a recent AMD laptop and 2.188.1, I get:
$ time lintian postgresql-15_15.8-0+deb12u1.dsc
real 0m31.333s
user 0m29.634s
sys 0m2.672s
Which seems reasonable. Can this bug be closed?
