Description : wrapper to access InChI from Java
Wrapper to access InChI from Java. This wraps InChI using JNA. A simple
native Java interface can then be used to call InChI.
jna-inchi is needed to implement InChI support in cdk. I am marking this
as blocked by #1079981 as it would be best to finalize inchi transition
and then have jna-inchi accepted to unstable.
