The bullseye images were generated by a different tool, so there are some differences to be expected.
The new bookworm live images are to be generated next weekend, a freeze is already in place. However, since this is a mini change which can be verified quickly, I think the freeze can be lifted for this change.
I can prepare a bookworm-only correction in the builder script (rebuild.sh), that removes the 'X-GNOME-Autostart-Phase' line only in the case of KDE bookworm.
That would be a minimal fix, without needing a backport for a change that is not required for trixie and later.
