Hi, needrestart wasn't showing any desktop notifications, so I run
"needrestart -v" and shows (among other messages) the error:
...
[main] run /etc/needrestart/notify.d/400-notify-send
[/etc/needrestart/notify.d/400-notify-send] notify user user1 on :0
runuser: ignoring --preserve-environment, it's mutually exclusive with --login
runuser: options --{shell,fast,command,session-command,login} and --user are
mutually exclusive
...
So, if I delete the option '-l' from the "runuser" line in
/etc/needrestart/notify.d/400-notify-send like this:
runuser -p -u "$NR_USERNAME" -- "$NSEND" -a needrestart -u critical -i
dialog-warning "$MSGTITLE" "$MSGBODY"
it works fine.
