In my experience, Image::Magick provides you with the latest features while Graphics::Magick is less prone to breakage. In the case of webmagick that hasn't been updated upstream in the last four years and is therefore unlikely to require the latest and greatest, I think it still makes sense to stick with Graphics::Magick.
