Package: dropbear-initramfs
Version: 2022.83-1+deb12u1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I have the same issue as #1033802 with a new install of debian 12 on a mac mini.
The root disk is encrypted.
I get the decrypt prompt on the console, I enter the passphrase then the boot
continues.
the boot then stops for a long time on /scripts/init-bottom.
then boot continues while displaying
/scripts/init-premount/dropbear: line 339: sleep: not found
/scripts/init-premount/dropbear: line 149: cat: not found

I can login to the console on VT2
the dropbear process is running 100% cpu while displaying the "not found"
message on VT1.

lsof of dropbear shows /usr/bin/sh (deleted)
so I believe the reason it cannot find /usr/bin/cat or /usr/bin/sleep is that
/usr/bin is gone by that stage.
