Dear FTP Team, As part of the Bioconductor 3.19 transition, the Debian R team agreed [0] to remove builds for 32-bit architectures (where possible) in line with upstream's cessation of support for 32-bit systems. Here is the 45th such removal request, this time for r-bioc-graph. `dak` complains about r-bioc-rbgl being broken, for which I've already filled a 32-bit removal request for; and for which I've set to block this bug. $ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm --architecture=armel,armhf,i386 --no-arch-all-rdeps --binary-only --partial --rdep-check --no-action r-bioc-graph" Will remove the following packages from unstable: r-bioc-graph | 1.80.0-1 | armel, armhf, i386 Maintainer: Debian R Packages Maintainers <r-pkg-t...@alioth-lists.debian.net> ------------------- Reason ------------------- ---------------------------------------------- Checking reverse dependencies... # Broken Depends: r-bioc-rbgl: r-bioc-rbgl # Broken Build-Depends: r-bioc-bioccheck: r-bioc-graph r-bioc-biocviews: r-bioc-graph (1.82.0 >=) r-bioc-gseabase: r-bioc-graph (1.82.0 >=) r-bioc-hypergraph: r-bioc-graph (1.82.0 >=) r-bioc-organismdbi: r-bioc-graph (1.82.0 >=) r-bioc-rbgl: r-bioc-graph (1.82.0 >=) r-cran-ggm: r-bioc-graph Dependency problem found. --- Thanks! -- Michael R.
