Dear FTP Team, As part of the Bioconductor 3.19 transition, the Debian R team agreed [0] to remove builds for 32-bit architectures (where possible) in line with upstream's cessation of support for 32-bit systems. Here is the 36th such removal request, this time for r-bioc-multtest.`dak` complains about two reverse dependencies being broken, but both of them are architecture-independent packages. $ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm --architecture=armel,armhf,i386 --no-arch-all-rdeps --binary-only --partial --rdep-check --no-action r-bioc-multtest" Will remove the following packages from unstable: r-bioc-multtest | 2.58.0-1 | armel, armhf, i386 Maintainer: Debian R Packages Maintainers <r-pkg-t...@alioth-lists.debian.net> ------------------- Reason ------------------- ---------------------------------------------- Checking reverse dependencies... # Broken Build-Depends: r-bioc-phyloseq: r-bioc-multtest (2.60.0 >=) r-cran-mutoss: r-bioc-multtest Dependency problem found. $ rmadison r-bioc-phyloseq r-bioc-phyloseq | 1.26.1+dfsg-1 | oldoldstable | source, all r-bioc-phyloseq | 1.34.0+dfsg-1 | oldstable | source, all r-bioc-phyloseq | 1.42.0+dfsg-1 | stable | source, all r-bioc-phyloseq | 1.48.0+dfsg-1 | unstable | source, all $ rmadison r-cran-mutoss r-cran-mutoss | 0.1-12-3 | oldstable | source, all r-cran-mutoss | 0.1-12-3 | stable | source, all r-cran-mutoss | 0.1-13-1 | testing | source, all r-cran-mutoss | 0.1-13-1 | unstable | source, all r-cran-mutoss | 0.1-13-2~0exp0 | experimental | source, all -- Michael R.
