I will test with a plain openvpn connection.
I had to install openvpn-systemd-resolved (at least openvpn showed
correct error message that prompted me to install it, ideally we should
automate this somehow - if systemd-resolved is active, we should prompt
user to install this package).
Once openvpn-systemd-resolved I could connect to work/office openvpn
successfully.
But riseup-vpn is still showing the progress bar for a long time.
