Dear FTP Team, As part of the Bioconductor 3.19 transition, the Debian R team agreed [0] to remove builds for 32-bit architectures (where possible) in line with upstream's cessation of support for 32-bit systems. Here is the 15th such removal request, this time for r-bioc-rbgl. `dak` did flag some issues, but when I investigated the {build-,}dependencies all I found where "arch: all" packages. So I think there should be no issue removing the 32-bit architecture versions of this binary package: $ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm --architecture=armel,armhf,i386 --no-arch-all-rdeps --binary-only --partial --rdep-check --no-action r-bioc-rbgl" Will remove the following packages from unstable: r-bioc-rbgl | 1.78.0+dfsg-1 | armel, armhf, i386 Maintainer: Debian R Packages Maintainers <r-pkg-t...@alioth-lists.debian.net> ------------------- Reason ------------------- ---------------------------------------------- Checking reverse dependencies... # Broken Build-Depends: r-bioc-biocviews: r-bioc-rbgl (1.80.0 >=) r-bioc-organismdbi: r-bioc-rbgl (1.80.0 >=) Dependency problem found. $ build-rdeps --distribution unstable r-bioc-biocviews Reverse Build-depends in unstable/main: --------------------------------------- r-bioc-bioccheck r-bioc-monocle Found a total of 2 reverse build-depend(s) for r-bioc-biocviews.
