chroma does not have a direct b-d on libgslcblas0 (or anything like it). I looked at the build log and it seems that the problem is that inkscape was uninstallable at the time of the archive rebuild test. I have done a test build in sid myself just now, and it built without trouble. Evidently inkscape is installable again. So I think things are good now. I am closing this bug report with this message.
