I have a branch that (I think) is mostly ready to go, but just getting 127 ready has taken a huge amount of time. It still fails to build on arm*.

Are there additional things I can help with to get this moving along?

It'd be very useful when using Chromium for automated testing, for example,
via puppeteer.
