And I would ask you to understand that your statements about processes
have misled me into changing this proposal in a way that was against
my interest as petitioner. An unfortunate and unintentional
misunderstanding with no ill intent behind it I'm sure, but it still
happened. Naively, this would appear much more problematic to me than
some perceived misunderstandings about unspecified and nebulous
"English tone" (?) in a bunch of emails, but most likely being the
aggrieved party has something to do with it.
