I second this. netbase already is M-A:foreign and python3 is annotated :any. I note that the postinst is not compatible with M-A:foreign in theory, but we generally accept this lie for Python modules as you can only install one interpreter concurrently (and thus using the embedded interpreter for another architecture may have to deal with the lack of .pyc files).
