Dear Maintainer,

First, I thank you for taking the burden to package gnucobol.
The mainstream project is advancing, and version 3.2 is currently stable.
Also, there are new preview versions.
I'm kindly asking you to package the newer versions.
And put them in backports too.

n.b. I did personaly fix some bug with the termux package, and noticed they
even fixed one missing include in 3.2. only one of them. ;)
