2:4.21.0~rc1+really4.20.3+dfsg-1

Upgraded through aptitude. samba-libs was upgraded, no sssd-* packages were
* What was the outcome of this action?
The sssd-pac service fails to start. The following is logged in the journal:
> /usr/libexec/sssd/sssd_pac: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libndr-krb5pac.so.0:
> version `NDR_KRB5PAC_0.0.1' not found (required by /usr/libexec/sssd/sssd_pac)

sssd-pac should start normally.

For reference, this looks like it might be an upstream issue because Arch Linux
users are reporting similar symptoms here:
