Control: severity -1 serious I am ready to do the poppler 24.08 transition once the Debian Release team is ready. Therefore, I'm promoting this to RC now. Unfortunately, openboard is not buildable because of the ongoing ffmpeg transition https://bugs.debian.org/1072442
