Thanks, that sunds quite helpful. My thoery is that something (other than nheko) on the affected systems sets widget style to Breeze. Please, any of you that experience this issue, (double-check if above helps for you as well, and) check if it also works to unset the style, like this: QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE= nheko and/or check if your system has that variable defined, e.g. like this: echo $QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE Another thing that might help is to look for the setting stored on file: grep -ri breeze /etc ~/.config NB! No need to share the pile of "access denied" lines in output - only eventual actual findings are relevant.
