Control: retitle -1 pinfo: "pinfo <infopage>" fails if <infopage> also exists
as a directory

Ditto with "pinfo emacs". This is because /usr/share/info contains
both the info file ("emacs.info.gz") and a directory with that name
("emacs").
There's also the same issue if it exists as any file.
