I cannot reproduce in sid nor trixie. You claim "stable" (aka bookworm), but js-of-ocaml (= 5.8.2-2) needs dh-ocaml (>= 1.2.2) which is not in stable.
Can you tell us more about your environment and what you are trying to achieve?
