That version was the last to build on llvm-toolchain-17. Now that llvm-toolchain-18 is asked for, it should be a different one. I have update the git master to 3.1.61 but that fails to build currently and would appreciate someone to make the package build.
Building with llvm 17 would be a good intermediate step, as that would help us in our goal of getting rid of llvm 15. Also note that llvm 18 is currently not in testing, so if an update to llvm 17 is possible, that would probably be preferred. emscripten can be updated to build against llvm 18 later.
