Hi! Thanks for reporting. The filelist is actually completely wrong ( https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/debcraft/filelist). I will add a basic autopkgtest to the package to detect things like this automatically in CI, and add all needed files in package.
In the meantime you can install from sources at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/debcraft
