Package: foot
Version: 1.17.2-2
Severity: normal

I launch foot from a keybinding from sway, or from another foot
instance.

When i close a foot window (e.g. by exiting from the running shell), the
following warning shows up in the system journal:

```
utempter[10509]: [ppid=10472] usage error
```

In this case, the foot process was 10472.

I can work around this by adding the following configuration directive
to ~/.config/foot/foot.ini:

```
[main]
utmp-helper=none
```

Any foot instance that was launched when that directive was in
`foot.ini` can close without producing the error message in the system
journal.

Feel free to reassign this if you think this is a bug in some other
system component!
