Package: fai-setup-storage
Version: 6.2.3
Severity: important

In version 6.0 it is possible run setup-storage from the command line:

# setup-storage
setup-storage is running in test-only mode
Created data directory /tmp/fai

On version 6.2.3 (and several earlier versions) this shows lots of errors:

# setup-storage
setup-storage is running in test-only mode
Created data directory /tmp/fai
bash: set_bootstick: command not found
bash: all_disks_and_size: command not found
bash: checkdisk: command not found
bash: once_only: command not found
Environment variable classes is not set and -f was not given

I realise that setup-storage has been designed to be used as part of
the FAI installer system but we have been successfully using it in our
own locally-written installer for sometime and it has always worked
fine until now.

Is it possible to get this fixed? If not, are there any workarounds I
could use to get it working again for our own installer?

Stephen Quinney
