Package: mozilla-thunderbird Version: 1.0-3 Severity: important
I try to create subfolders on my mail boxes.
At first I have a Dialog box list this:
____________________________________________
Name [ ]
Create as a Subfolder of:
[ V] (combo)
This server restricts folder to two special kinds.
Allow your new folder to countain:
[ ] Folders Only
[x] Messages Only
[Ok (enabled)] Cancel
--------^ Bi
____________________________________________
The line with 'Bi' is In red and bold. Seems to be a problem...
Then I insert a name, but the Ok button is disabled.
I have nothing special on the Mail box configuration. however the Account settings box has also the strange '----^ Bi' message and I cannot select anyting on the combobox.
My general feeling is a bug on the combo box.
This is really annoying since I cannot create new subfolders...
forget about the mail server question. I found the setting to get the kind of dialog you should get. Nevertheless, it has no errors. So what is left is the need to give me an idea how your thunderbird profile evolved. Please verify that this problem does not exist, if you create a new account and start thunderbird from that.
If that works, then I need additional infos:
1. When did you first install the mozilla-thunderbird package and actually used it with your current account
2. What extensions are installed, have been installed?
3. What was the last thunderbird version you used correctly?
Cheers,
