I was playing on Steam and experiment Crashes in some games. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Increasing vm.max_map_count to 1048576 solve this issue creating a file in /etc/sysctl.d to change the value. This increased value is now by default on Fedora, Archlinux and Ubuntu * What was the outcome of this action?
